More Storage, Integrated Protection

Our Platinum Mail solution boasts 2GB mailboxes, representing nearly a 100-fold increase from the previous solution. Along with increased storage capacity, each mailbox includes 25MB of online file storage, mail archiving with 7-day retention, and a seamlessly integrated, multi-tiered "pipeline" spam and virus filter.

Full-Featured Webmail Client

Platinum Mail delivers users a robust, desktop-like AJAX Web-Mail with an integrated, user-friendly calendar. Standards-based meeting invitations can be viewed, sent and accepted by compatible applications (Microsoft Outlook, Apple iCal). Invitation lists showing Accept, Decline and Tentative responses.

POP / IMAP Access

All mailboxes include POP, IMAP and authenticated SMTP access. This means that users can access messages using all popular e-mail applications. IMAP-IDLE is also supported to enable users to get true push email service.

Data Security

The Platinum Mail service network is designed with multiple, independent server clusters. Each cluster is dedicated to a single process and is structured to deliver a seamless failover, even in the event of a multi-server failure. Data integrity is guaranteed against all levels of failure through a comprehensive, multi-level, backup process. Primary storage is maintained on RAID devices that are configured to allow a multiple disk failure without compromising data integrity.
